I loved the idea of melting white chocolate and butter together and turning it into a rich buttercream frosting. Using that technique, I added vanilla, ricotta and English toffee bits for this one. This is my take on jalapeno wonton poppers, the recipe you see all over the internet where cheese is combined with jalapeno peppers, wrapped in a wonton wrapper, fried and dipped in a sauce. I put the sauce right in and form into a mini egg roll making for a nice little sweet and spicy bite (or two).
