Dandy Shandygaff
One of the perks of crafting a shandygaff is that you have a wide range of flavor profiles and options from which to choose! With so few ingredients, the type and flavor of the ginger ale and beer will have a noticeable impact on the taste. If you want a stronger ginger flavor, choose a less-sweet (small batch) ginger beer or use a lighter beer. For a sweeter drink, try a mild (commercial) ginger ale. I found a milder amber beer to have a nice flavor but also tried one that had been brewed with herbs instead of hops.

Mango Margarita Sorbet
So refreshing on a hot summer afternoon! It’s a great sorbet, but I also enjoy making a float with the sorbet and sparkling water.

Watermelon Margarita Granita
This recipe was a happy accident. I had originally intended to make a sorbet. But, due to the unfortunate combination of high sugar and alcohol content, it refused to freeze in my ice cream machine. So I poured the whole thing in a pan and let it freeze, granita style. And, in the end, it's simply delicious!

Pumpkin Ale Caramelized Figs
In a world that is complicated, sometimes too complicated, this recipe is simple…really simple. It’s figs, sugar, butter, beer, and goat cheese. And it’s delicious. I recommend serving them immediately, still warm, they are best that way. But on the off chance that you find yourself with a few left over, I assure you that they are delicious even when you grab them out of the refrigerator and stand over the sink late at night, indulging in those last few sweet, sticky bites.

Lemony Linguine
Famished, this recipe was born from ingredients I have on hand. Quick and easy enough for when you're "hangry" (so hungry, you're angry) but filling and delicious. There are plenty of possibilities and add-ins, but the simplicity of this suits me just fine.

The Filthiest Martini (with Dill Infused Vodka)
If you're a fan of dirty martinis, or pickles, or even filthy martinis, then you will absolutely love this Dill Infused Vodka cocktail recipe. Cheers!

The Quirky Girl Cocktail
The Quirky Girl Cocktail is a little sweet, a little sour, and very quirky. It's a killer combination of blueberry, lemon, lavender simple syrup, and vodka that is sure to cleanse any palette.
