OMG Awesome Pumpkin Pie Milkshake
Oh my gosh!. This is the best milkshake I have ever tried, and yes it does taste just like pumpkin pie! Adapted from blog, HowSweetEats.com "Grown Up Pumpkin Pie Milkshakes"
The Colada
Combining the familiar flavors of a piña colada with ground hemp seeds, this shake is full of protein and fiber without being processed or pricey and it's vegan too!
Grape Faux Bubble Tea
As fun as bubble tea is to drink, the tapioca pearls equal extra carbs. This version allows you to indulge while keeping your carb count down, and the grapes at the bottom will absorb the flavors of the tea. Buy the smallest black grapes you can find. This can be a vegan version by using a non-dairy milk, such as coconut, almond, or soy.
Strawberry Mint Simple Syrup
Very easy to make and fabulous craft cocktail addition. Also good with non-boozy lemonade.

Iced Mint and Citrus Tea
This recipe is inspired by a tea I get every Saturday at my local Greenmarket -- as my mother would say, I "diagnosed" and then "reproduced!"
Watermelon Lassi
My boys and I just love, LOVE the fresh summer flavors in this watermelon lassi: watermelon, lime, mint and yogurt. For a lighter drink, you can leave out the yogurt; for a cooler treat, you can freeze this mix in popsicle molds!

Iced lemon ginger rooibos
When I was a kid iced tea came in one variety only--Lipton. I came to understand that the outside temperature was directly related to my consumption of said Lipton, extra ice please. But these days, at my advanced age of 31, I will admit that I can't handle the caffeine in a gallon of iced tea, so I came up with something herbal that still looks like my beloved Lipton with some added flavor for kicks.
Does this still count as lemonade?
It is hot. This entire week I haven't wanted to leave my house because it is too darn hot. I needed something for long hard walk (about 10 minutes and I get to stroll through two gardens) to work. This is what I came up with, it's delicious to drink on my way to work, and once I get there I can pull out my fork and go for the fruit which is pleasantly cold and lemony. I put mine in a mason jar because it looks cute and packs easily, but you could use a water bottle or just a glass instead.
Indonesian Avocado and Chocolate Shake
I know this sounds like a crazy idea, but Avocado Chocolate Shakes are as popular in Indonesia as strawberry-banana smoothies are in the US. Try this recipe!

Avocado Lassi
Lassi as you all know is a famous drink made from yogurt and fruits, the mango lassi is the most famous one. But, sometimes we make Avocado Lassi also. Although, avocados are not available in India. In my city, there is a lassi shop, whose dry fruit lassi is so famous. So, this lassi is adapted from his dry fruit lassi which is full of dry fruits. Hope you like it.
Rhubarb Iced Tea
I decided it might be nice to mix tradition with innovation. So I added in some rhubarb to my grandmother's iced tea and came up with this summer recipe.
Aam Ka Panna - Mango drink
As lot of us shared that we all simply eat mango, drink mango, cook mango and dream mango all season long during summer in India. So, this is a wonderful sour, tarty drink that we consume a lot , I really mean to say a lot during summer months, one of the reasons is because it helps against the hot breeze or hot temperature in Indian Summer. So that you do not get flu. Yes, it is odd to understand how can summer bring out flu. But, yes lot of times during summer we would fall sick due to hot temperature and there is seriously nothing better than having a glass of "panna". good thing is it can be stored for a month or so or may be more.

Mango-Rum Slushy
As soon as we get settled in to our vacation rental on various tropical islands, it's time to begin our holiday with a tropical libation. Mangoes and the local rum are the flavors we crave. Easy enough to leave out the rum so our kids can enjoy, as well. Sometimes I add strawberries, passion fruit, or whatever else looks inviting at the market. Don' t leave out the coconut water. It keeps you hydrated as the sun and the rum can dry you out in the tropics. If you can't be on holiday, you can make this at home and dream!

Turkish Mint Lemonade
This Turkish Mint Lemonade is one of the most refreshing drinks we've ever had, because it's minty and not too sweet. Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.

Maple Baked Acorn Squash "Milkshake"
This is my favorite (although not the healthiest) way to prepare acorn squash. Normally, I'd puree it in a soup (with earthy fall flavors like bacon, chipotle, cumin, or roasted garlic) but for this recipe I decided to highlight the maple flavor, turning the puree into a milkshake. Coconut milk adds richness, vanilla rounds out the flavors and signals "dessert".

Spring Cleanse Celery Juice
Celery juice - Healthy, Nutritious!

Ginger Lemonade
A light refreshing drink that I had when I was younger in Sydney and have loved ever since. You can use more or less ginger depending on your tastes and it can be made fizzy by replacing normal water with sparkling.

Spice Quintet Hot Chocolate
So, this recipe is pretty genius, and probaly the best homemade (or store bought), hot chocolate you'll ever drink. The best thing about it (besides the amount of real chocolate) is, that the recipe is not for one serving only. It makes a whole batch. Depending on how big your chcolate craving and cups are, you'll get 6-10 servings out of the recipe. You just take a tablespoon full and stir it into hot milk. Done! It keeps in the fridge for up to a week. With only two main ingredients it's super easy and you can substitute the spices with your favorite ones. Although this spice quintet really sets the tone.

Tales from the Juicer: Virgin Margarita
Sometimes I crave the "lime-y-ness" of a margarita. This is a healthier way to indulge the craving

Tales from the Juicer: Tropical Blast
My favorite combination: mango and pineapple!

Tales from the Juicer: Papaya Breakfast Smoothie
I finally got a juicer this past December and have been experimenting with all sorts of combinations. Some have been complete disasters, but some have been fantastic. Here's one of our favorites.

Ginger, Lemon, and Agave Yogic Tea
This agave tea recipe not only aides in digestion, but it is a refreshing hot tea, which I find to be a rarity. Perfect for any season and warm or cold.

Strawberry Leftover Panettone Milkshake
There's panettone everywhere. Even after the holidays, I still can't manage to keep bread at bay (ominous music plays) Moving on! So, we make do with what we've got, right? Kind of. But yes, stores are still stocked with 'price reduced' panettone loaves. During one of my endless yet glorious grocery escapades I happened upon a pristinely wrapped Pandoro Milano - seemingly, unshaken by the frantic rush of the holidays. It was G. Cova...I look for the price, thirteen dollars. Thirteen Dollars! Are you kidding me? Where was that price tag when I needed it most? Apparently, this panettone is one of Martha Stewart's favorites for making french toast. Enough mind babbling, I'm sure Martha Stewart has fine taste. I say, "You're coming with me." and throw her in my basket. I can't even pick at her on my way home - she's wrapped in beautiful Italian-esque wrapping paper and twine. I speed. Home! I carefully unwrap my loaf as so not to disturb the paper too much and reveal a humble, sophisticated mountain-shaped confection. I slice the top and marvel over the cute star shape in front of me and slowly raise it up to my mouth...divine melt. I see why this panettone is so illustrious. That kind of comfort in your belly is matched by no other (I'll eat those words later) Mom greets me in the kitchen, mouth full, crumbs and all on my face I say, with wide eyes, "You know what would be good with this? Strawberries. Holy Cow, eff that!" I reach for my VitaMix, "I'll show you."
