Bloody Good Hammer Steak
I have experimented with Balsamic vinegars of varying age and viscosity. 12 year old (or thereabouts) is a good choice for this hammer steak recipe.

“Plum Wine” with Lime
Black plums are one of my favorite things. This Lime Plum Wine recipe is tangy and refreshing and a lovely shade of deep pink. Garnish with a small basil leaf.

Basil Vodka Gimlet Cocktail
This simple, refreshing gimlet cocktail is a pitch-perfect blend of basil, fresh lime juice, and vodka that was made for sipping outside with friends.
Children of the Sun Cocktail
This drink was inspired by the spicy margaritas at Las Perlas in LA. It calls for jalapeño-infused tequila and some smoked salt on the rim (that smokiness with the tequila reminds me of mezcal). I made tons of these for lounging by the pool during this year's Coachella (thus the name). The key to a good poolside cocktail is something refreshing, citrus-y and easy to make. I highly recommend tripling this recipe and keeping a pitcher by the pool.

Frosted Ginger Peach Bellini
Ripe, sweet summer peaches make this drink seasonal and delicious!

Ginger Cranberry Cooler
Cape Cods seem a bit strong for a summer sipping drink, so I refreshed the Cape Cod with some ginger ale for a refreshing summer drink.

Crema di Limoncello - Limoncello Milk Liqueur
This crema di limoncello is a typical recipe from the South of Italy, based on the Limoncello but adding milk to the liqueur. Serve the subtle drink chilled.

Evergreen
Very Belini like, not too alcoholic, full of fruit, blended using a fruit slush rather then ice to cool it.

Cherise's Special
Sorry for the stock photo...in the process of moving and just joined...just got back from Antigua and the bartender, Cherise, made a fantastic, blue, frozen concoction she served in a martini glass. After doing some reasearch, it's very close to a frozen blue hawaiian. The raspberry drizzle compliments the otherwise tropical flavors and adds a pleasant contrast to the vibrant blue.
Prickly Pear Wine Coolers
This recipe makes a gourmet wine spritzer, sort of! Use prickly pear syrup, which is surprisingly easy to find at most liquor stores or gourmet shops.
Bunga Bunga
Still another concoction in our tribute series to the antics of Italy’s adorable former head of state, Silvio Berlusconi who has done everything but erect a stripper pole in Palazzo Chigi where Italy’s lower house meets. When he was entertaining his huge entourage his meals always included meals in the colors of the “tricolore”, Italy’s flag; green, white, and red. Here comes the red part. E basta cosi.

Gin Sangria
Perfect for a hot summer day!

Pink Drink
Inspired by a cocktail I enjoyed at The Dreamaway Lodge in Becket, MA

Orange Green Tea Sparkler
Based on my neighbor's recipe she often throws together involving iced green tea and orange juice. I add some sparkling water for a little fizz AKA the sparkle.

Mint Iced Tea
You don't need much in order to make this Mint Iced Tea recipe. Basically just use tea bags, sugar, water and lots of fresh mint leaves. Lemon is optional.
Not Shirley's Temple
A grown up version of the cocktail you drank as a kid.

St. Germaine and Prosecco Fizz
I was introduced to St. Germaine last summer and LOVED the taste! So, in my true form, began to think of what I can do to add my own spin to it. I also love the fizz and taste of Prosecco and who does not like a hint of lime? I thought of a rumless Mojito with a kiss of Italian Culture. I came up with this recipe and it was an instant hit at the party. We had to run out and make a second batch. - The Tall Guy & The Handsome Guy

Watermelon Margaritas
What do you do with all that leftover watermelon once the kiddies are snug in bed?? Make Margaritas! Specifically this Jose Cuervo Silver Margarita recipe.

Vodka-Spiked Loganberry Lemonade
As all great pool drinks are, this cocktail was born from the booze and juices I had on hand. (Who wants to leave the party for a store run? Not I.) On a hot day, I mixed up just enough vodka for two, lemonade, and a splash or so of a Clear Creek Distillery loganberry liqueur from our weekend trip to Portland. Voila: this sweet but not cloying summer drink came into being.
Watermelon Slush
I came up with this when trying to dispense of a whole watermelon that was consuming way too much real estate. It's so easy I'm not sure you can even call it a recipe but it's refreshing, it tastes like summer and it gets the job done. - Summer of Eggplant

Campari Citrus
My partner is Italian and makes limoncello at home, but it's strong. We wanted a drink to temper the limoncello that was not too sweet for a hot day. We are itching to try it with Aperol instead of the Campari as well.

5-Second Paloma Pitchers
This Paloma pitcher recipe is the easiest drink ever to prepare for a crowd. Even people that don't like tequila love this drink! I have a feeling you will too.

Lemon Thyme Limoncello
Inspired to create a sorbet by Abby Dodge, I chose to make three cocktail sorbets with the addition of a fresh herb. The Lemon Thyme Limoncello was my favorite!
Kir Royale Jello Shots
This is what happens when an Italian guy goes to a frat party in Paris. Maybe. Or something like that. - aargersi
