Sticky Wings
This was a recipe of my Aunt El's who passed away a few years ago. It is a super easy recipe that is perfect for football gatherings, get togethers, or anytime you have a craving for wings. I always get requests for these!!!

Zuppa di Clams With Savory Crouton
For this zuppa di clams recipe, copious amounts of fresh and canned clams sit on a generous "crouton" of savory Bread flavored with Garlic and Pecorino Romano.

Zesty Cranberry Sauce in the manner of Georgian Plum Sauce (Tkemali)
Tkemali is a condiment eaten with meat in Georgia & Azerbaijan. My grandmother made hers with cherry plums. I substitute cranberries for the plums in my recipe.

Spa Drink
I'm not a fan of cocktails that involve syrup or simple sugar cause they give terrible hangovers, but this Spa Alcoholic Drinks recipe perfectly walks the line.

Black Rice Pudding with Mango & Mint
This black rice pudding recipe is divine! The sweetness of the mango allows the pudding to be made less sweet but feel free to add more sugar if you'd like.

Blue Cheese on Park Ave

PIZZZZZAAAA
Its the classic

Cucumber, Green Bean and Dill salad
This one originally draws from Mark Bittman. It's refreshing in the summertime and goes well with everything. Use equal parts cukes and beans, and cut them into equally sized bites.

Steven Raichlen's Salt-Crusted Beef Tenderloin Grilled in Cloth (Lomo al Trapo)
This lomo al trapo recipe, traditional to Colombia, combines two genius beef tenderloin techniques to great effect: grilling in the coals and salt-crusting.

Slow Roasted Tomatoes with Filet of Anchovy
It's tomato season, so keep it simple while cooking. No need to make heavy sauces with all those gorgeous tomatoes that are bursting with flavor - try a simple 5 ingredient recipe with slow roasted tomatoes, herbs, loads of olive oil and topped with a filet of anchovy! This recipe is straight from the seaside of Le Marche, where we first devoured this delicious antipasto in Numana.

Iced Mint and Citrus Tea
This recipe is inspired by a tea I get every Saturday at my local Greenmarket -- as my mother would say, I "diagnosed" and then "reproduced!"

Goat Cheese & Fig Pizza
Creativity was at its peak and I came up with this combination. I thought the pizza turned out to be a bit dry so I'd add caramelized onions next time. Just melt 1 tbsp unsalted butter in a non-stick pan and cook 1/4 cup sliced yellow onion until they turn light brown.

Heirloom tomato salad with fresh mozzarella, watermelon and mint
My new favorite flavor combination is tomato and mint. With watermelon and a scoop of mozzarella, it's a light summer lunch. Burrata is hard to come by in my neck of the woods, but if you can get it, use it instead of the mozzarella

Cantaloupe with honey, mint & lime
The combination of honey, mint and lime is the best way I know to brighten up an early- or late-season melon. Use a mild honey such as orange blossom.

Effortless Oven-Roasted Corn on the Cob With Husks
Not only is this oven-roasted corn on the cob with husks recipe easy and mess-free, but it tastes exactly like corn should taste: yellow kernels of candy.
Coffee-Coco Mint Frappe
The addition of blueberries in this frappe may seem odd but it lends a delicate fruity flavor without overpowering the main ingredients. It works well and it’s divine!
Does this still count as lemonade?
It is hot. This entire week I haven't wanted to leave my house because it is too darn hot. I needed something for long hard walk (about 10 minutes and I get to stroll through two gardens) to work. This is what I came up with, it's delicious to drink on my way to work, and once I get there I can pull out my fork and go for the fruit which is pleasantly cold and lemony. I put mine in a mason jar because it looks cute and packs easily, but you could use a water bottle or just a glass instead.

Beergarita
The perfectly simple and extremely delicious summer alcoholic beverage. My wife and I enjoy these on the weekend with friends, or make a half batch just for the two of us. And it couldn't be easier to make. Thanks to my sister-in-law Amanda for introducing this to us at my sister's wedding a few years back!

Avocado dressing
This is so simple I hardly call it a recipe. Yet it is one of my Summer staples when I am making tasty, healthy ,quick Summer salads. Avocados are such a perfect fruit that I hate to do much to disguise their creamy, nutty flavor and this dressing stays true to that premise. I usually use Hass avocados ,the dark pebbly looking ones that have the best flavor(in my opinion).
Ruby Red Currant and Rhubarb Tart
This tart was created because of an abundance of red currants in my friend's back yard. The rhubarb and currants work together to make a tart (pun NOT intended) filling. Be aware: this tart is very juicy, so serve with a spoon and a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!

Catalina Crab in Avocado
My Mom gave me this recipe when I was in college and lived in a dorm. No kitchen or utensils available gave me few options for meals. Somehow, 30 years later, this exotic little meal has transferred itself into a quick, light lunch on hot days or an appetizer for a grilled meal.

Fresh Picked Cherries with Limoncello
Fresh picked cherries macerated in homemade limoncello, it doesn't get much better than that! A perfect combination of sweet & tart and to top it off with a spoonful of whipped cream!

Avocado, Strawberry, and Mango Salad
This is not your average fruit salad recipe. This avocado, strawberry, and mango salad is fresh, sweet, creamy, tangy, and quick to make. And it's oh-so easy!

David Lebovitz's Chocolate Sorbet
Despite having no dairy or eggs, this chocolate sorbet recipe is impossibly creamy. It also remains perfectly scoopable without going icy in the slightest.
