Gin Sangria
Perfect for a hot summer day!

Pink Drink
Inspired by a cocktail I enjoyed at The Dreamaway Lodge in Becket, MA

Orange Green Tea Sparkler
Based on my neighbor's recipe she often throws together involving iced green tea and orange juice. I add some sparkling water for a little fizz AKA the sparkle.

Mint Iced Tea
You don't need much in order to make this Mint Iced Tea recipe. Basically just use tea bags, sugar, water and lots of fresh mint leaves. Lemon is optional.
Not Shirley's Temple
A grown up version of the cocktail you drank as a kid.

St. Germaine and Prosecco Fizz
I was introduced to St. Germaine last summer and LOVED the taste! So, in my true form, began to think of what I can do to add my own spin to it. I also love the fizz and taste of Prosecco and who does not like a hint of lime? I thought of a rumless Mojito with a kiss of Italian Culture. I came up with this recipe and it was an instant hit at the party. We had to run out and make a second batch. - The Tall Guy & The Handsome Guy

Watermelon Margaritas
What do you do with all that leftover watermelon once the kiddies are snug in bed?? Make Margaritas! Specifically this Jose Cuervo Silver Margarita recipe.

Vodka-Spiked Loganberry Lemonade
As all great pool drinks are, this cocktail was born from the booze and juices I had on hand. (Who wants to leave the party for a store run? Not I.) On a hot day, I mixed up just enough vodka for two, lemonade, and a splash or so of a Clear Creek Distillery loganberry liqueur from our weekend trip to Portland. Voila: this sweet but not cloying summer drink came into being.
Watermelon Slush
I came up with this when trying to dispense of a whole watermelon that was consuming way too much real estate. It's so easy I'm not sure you can even call it a recipe but it's refreshing, it tastes like summer and it gets the job done. - Summer of Eggplant

Campari Citrus
My partner is Italian and makes limoncello at home, but it's strong. We wanted a drink to temper the limoncello that was not too sweet for a hot day. We are itching to try it with Aperol instead of the Campari as well.

5-Second Paloma Pitchers
This Paloma pitcher recipe is the easiest drink ever to prepare for a crowd. Even people that don't like tequila love this drink! I have a feeling you will too.

Lemon Thyme Limoncello
Inspired to create a sorbet by Abby Dodge, I chose to make three cocktail sorbets with the addition of a fresh herb. The Lemon Thyme Limoncello was my favorite!
Kir Royale Jello Shots
This is what happens when an Italian guy goes to a frat party in Paris. Maybe. Or something like that. - aargersi
Sugar Cane and Ginger Infused Vodka
I love infusing my own Vodka from cucumber to cinnamon to Sugarcane Juice (in this recipe). Pairing them with foods is even more fun than infusing them. Cheers!
Poor Man's Truffle Salt
This is the poor man's version of Truffle Salt. Just as delicious for a fraction of the price. This recipe uses dried shiitake mushrooms and black truffle oil.

Relatively Guilt-free Grapefruit Cocktail
In my experience, sitting in a bathing suit makes a person eat and drink lighter...I bought grapefruit vodka on a whim and rediscovered Fresca which I hadn't had in years. Grapefruit juice ice cubes are great because as they melt in the oppressive Texas heat your cocktail doesn't get watered down.
Raspberry Lemon Balm Jam
This raspberry lemon balm jam recipe is so good! You will never go back to store bought jam again.

Raspberry Shrub (aka Drinking Vinegar)
Topped with sparkling water, this recipe's shrub is refreshing and full of tart raspberry flavor and aroma. The tang from the vinegar just pops on your palate.

Oma Jam
This is the jam I was raised on and when I was old enough, to actually help out in the kitchen, I had the honor of helping my Oma make this jam. If it was a good year for the raspberries we would pick them from our garden, but otherwise we would buy trays of them from the local farm stands. This is an easy, no stove, freezer jam that can be put on anything and everything, some recommendations include: dutch babies, pancakes, toast, muffins, ice cream, yogurt... you get the idea. - clermontkitchen

Seven Minutes to Heavenly Raspberry Jam
As a midwesterner, I am all about canning. There's something magical about taking the garden's delicious summer bounty and turning it into something that can be enjoyed throughout the year (homemade tomato sauce, I'm looking at you). Sometimes your raspberry bush doesn't produce enough berries to do a whole canned batch. Sometimes you eat them all. On occasion, the farmers market offers you a perfect pint that is so delicious you want (need) to find a way to prolong the magic. And thus, the seven minute jam. Fast. Easy. Yum.
Boozy Sour Cherries
This recipe's little boozy sour cherries are both tart and sweet at the same time and would be the perfect garnish for a Manhattan or an Old Fashioned.

Raspberry Ouzo Slush
Not much to say... summer fruit, summer booze... This makes a pretty good 4th of July breakfast refreshment ;) Enjoy!

Blushing Tom Collins
That wonderful old school gin cocktail with a feminine touch.

New Potatoes Baked in Parchment
For an herb-infused delight, try cooking new potatoes in parchment. It's easier than it sounds. You pile a couple of pounds of potatoes onto a large round of baking parchment along with garlic, herbs and olive oil. Fold the parchment into a parcel and consign it to the oven for 45 minutes. When you open the package, steam-roasted new potatoes beckon. Indulge.
